We accept returns and exchange!

 

How do I return?

Simply drop us an email and the reason you’re returning items to us. We will generate a return slip for you. All you need to do is to go to local post office and drop off the item.

 

Damaged item? Not what you ordered?

For items you received are damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please send us an email with details at delightfulextras@gmail.com, so we can best serve you and provide you with return or refund instructions.

 

Conditions of Return or Exchange

If the item is not returned on its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items

Items that are made-to-order cannot be returned. 

 

Cancellation of Order

We allow cancellation in 3 hours after the order is placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us through the chat box on our site. We typically reply within a few minutes.
