Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us to request a return or exchange. After your request is approved, you must return the item within a further 14 days.
How to request a return / exchange
• Email us at delightfulextras@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason.
• We will reply with a return address and further instructions within 1 business day.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, wrong item) - in which case we will send a shipping label to customer.
Conditions of Items
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused condition (except for normal handling) and in the original packaging, with any tags, accessories, and components. If the item is returned in a used or damaged state, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or refuse the return altogether.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, email us immediately (within 14 days). We will provide a full refund or replacement, and cover return postage costs.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, follow the same process as returns. Once we receive the original item and inspect it, we will ship the replacement (subject to stock availability). Outgoing exchange shipping is free.
Refunds/ Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Shipping costs charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items
Items that are made-to-order cannot be returned.
Cancellation of Order
We allow cancellations within 3 hours after the order is placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us through the chat box on our site.
